Poetry Education and Remote Learning Pty Ltd aims to provide high quality educational programs and culturally safe learning experiences. This Refund Policy explains your rights and our responsibilities regarding payments, cancellations and refunds. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply in addition to this policy. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a service is not delivered with due care, skill or accuracy.

Program Fees
Fees for programs, workshops and services must be paid in full at the time of enrolment unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations by Participants
Refunds may be available in the following situations:
More than 7 days before the program start date: Full refund or credit.
Within 7 days of the start date: 50% refund or credit.
After the program has commenced: No refund unless exceptional circumstances apply.
Exceptional circumstances may include:
medical emergencies
family emergencies
cultural obligations
Cancellations by us
If we cancel or reschedule a program:
you may choose a full refund or
transfer to another program at no cost.
We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other external costs.
Digital Products
Refunds for digital resources are generally not available once the product has been accessed or downloaded, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
